Charlotte Community Foundation is a non-profit organization in Punta Gorda, Florida. Charlotte Cares is an exciting new initiative led by the Charlotte Community Foundation (CCF). The goal of Charlotte Cares is to increase the amount of grant funds available to qualifying nonprofit agencies in the Charlotte County community.
